End of the World: Are We Trying to Destroy Our Own Planet?

Today I receive a book I ordered titled, Under The Cloud: The Decades of Nuclear Testing, by Richard L. Miller. It’s a very intriguing documentary of the number of nuclear tests detonated by the United States and mostly on American soil. The book was published in 1986.

That being said, I found the following video by Isao Hashimoto: A Time-Lapse Map of Every Nuclear Explosion Since 1945, which brings the count up to 1998. There have been more since by other countries coming into the nuclear age.

This is a very chilling video to say the least. It really puts the term, “What in the world are we doing?” into perspective. It actually looks as if the US military was trying to blast California clean off the map besides what Russia and Great Britain were trying to accomplish.
